PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was responsible for the commercial fit-out of a high level 20, 650m² office block development.
The project involved the shell and core commercial Cat A fitout with lighting, lighting control, geni, PV, car chargers, MV/LV equipment, power services, bus bar, switch gear and BMS.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Kirby was responsible for the installation and commissioning of the electrical scope of works.

The electrical systems installed by Kirby included:
• MV Distribution
• LV Distribution
• Generator
• UPS
• General & Emergency Lighting
• General Service Power
• Mechanical Plant Service Power
• Fire Detection and Alarm
• Access Control, Intruder and CCTV
• Earthing and Bonding
• Lightning Protection

The total project meterage consisted of 266,000m of cable and 18,400m of containment.
