Our focus is on proactive engagement, encouraging team participation through Safe Plan of Action Assessments to review hazards, stimulate discussions, and identify risk mitigation strategies. We aim to build a culture of ownership with our EHS observation and behavioural reporting processes, promoting the recognition of safe people and conditions.

Our Site Management Teams are pivotal in our vision, driving safety and quality values at the frontline. Through their leadership, we aim to foster a culture of active participation in safety procedures, influencing attitudes, and shaping behaviours.
