People
We believe that meaningful and lasting sustainable transformation starts with our people. Our People pillar is focused on creating an environment where individuals feel supported, empowered and equipped to make a positive impact — both within our organisation and beyond. By investing in health, safety, wellbeing, skills development and inclusive workplace practices, we enable our people to reach their full potential and contribute confidently to our sustainability ambitions.
We recognise that when people feel valued and engaged, they become drivers of innovation and long term change. Through targeted initiatives, training programmes and leadership development, we are building capability across the business and fostering a culture where sustainability is understood, embraced and embedded into everyday decision making. Our approach prioritises continuous learning, collaboration and shared responsibility, ensuring sustainability is not confined to a single function but owned by everyone.
By championing our people’s growth and wellbeing, we are developing future sustainability leaders and strengthening our collective ability to deliver positive social and environmental outcomes. Unlocking the power of our people allows us to create lasting value for our communities, our partners and the planet, while ensuring our workforce remains resilient, motivated and prepared for the challenges ahead.
Planet
Protecting the planet is fundamental to how we operate and deliver our work. Our Planet pillar reflects our commitment to understanding, managing and reducing our environmental impacts while supporting the transition to a low carbon, resource efficient future. We focus on climate action, emissions reduction, responsible resource use and environmental stewardship across our operations and value chain.
By measuring what matters, we are strengthening our ability to make informed decisions and track meaningful progress. This includes improving the quality of our environmental data, setting clear targets and embedding sustainability considerations into planning and delivery. We are taking practical steps to decarbonise our activities, increase efficiency and minimise waste, while supporting solutions that reduce environmental impacts over the long term.
We recognise that environmental challenges are complex and interconnected, requiring collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. Our approach is grounded in transparency and evidence based action, ensuring our efforts contribute positively to the environments and communities in which we operate. Through our Planet pillar, we aim to play our part in protecting natural systems today while safeguarding resources and resilience for future generations.
Principles
Strong governance and ethical conduct underpin the delivery of our sustainability commitments. Our Principles pillar provides the foundation that enables progress across People and Planet, ensuring sustainability is embedded into how decisions are made, risks are managed and performance is monitored. It reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability and acting with integrity at all times.
We are strengthening governance frameworks, policies and controls to support responsible business practices and compliance with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. This includes clear oversight, defined responsibilities and robust processes that support consistent implementation across the organisation. By aligning with recognised standards and frameworks, we are enhancing the credibility and reliability of our sustainability reporting and decision making.
Our Principles pillar reinforces a culture of ethical behaviour, openness and continuous improvement. It ensures sustainability is not treated as a standalone initiative, but as a core part of how we operate and conduct business. By embedding strong principles at every level, we build trust with our clients, partners, employees and communities, creating a stable platform from which meaningful and measurable sustainability outcomes can be delivered.
