PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Kirby was appointed to complete the mechanical, electrical and CSA works for a new clean room at an existing biotech facility producing a range of animal health vaccines.
Works included the demolition of existing clean room wall partitions and installation of new clean room with reconfiguration including associated HVAC, lighting and utilities; new link corridor; power supplies, utilities and control interfaces for new process equipment; new Munters unit and associated steelwork; installation and assembly of new solid dosage manufacturing line consisting of vendor package equipment; process support facilities and process clean utilities.

The project was completed on time and without a lost time incident.
