Giedre is a Director responsible for delivering best practices and highest standards of Quality Assurance, Environment, Health & Safety, and Sustainability across all aspects of Kirby’s operations. She oversees the formulation of strategies and leads a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of all programs, procedures, and controls throughout the organisation. Giedre has over 12 years of experience in engineering and construction industry, focusing on pharmaceutical, data centre, power and renewables sectors. Her professional experience is complemented by numerous academic accreditations, including two Masters of Science Degrees, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma in Health and Safety, and Transformational Leadership in Sustainability Programme.
